- MMMelissa Burns MugishaSep 11, 20255.0The banker I worked with and the teller I talked to were both extremely nice and knowledgeable! Every time I go in they are as fast and efficient as possible. It’s also clean inside, there’s a decent amount of parking, and there’s an ATM that I think is 24 hour. A lot of unhoused people hang out nearby, especially when they’re closed. But they haven’t ever bothered me.

Teller near the entrance ignored my disabled, geriatric mother as she struggled past her to walk the length of the building to get to a window where someone was standing to help her. Too absorbed in meaningless chit chat to notice. So disrespectful. There were 3 tellers, and my mom was literally the only customer there asking for service, and clearly struggling to walk all that way. Then the first teller continued to interrupt the second one’s attempt to help with more chattering. Unbelievable and truly maddening.

Was passing through this side of town and needed to make a withdrawal and use the restroom. Was told I would not be allowed to use their facilities because of the vagrant problem in their area and no public restrooms being available. As a "valued" member of this bank I would hope that we could treat the less fortunate with a bit more compassion and at the very least make accommodations for those who keep you in business. May consider moving all accounts to another bank after this experience. I thought Wells Fargo cared more than that...
