    This is the ULTIMATE bank!! I use three banks in the area. One makes you speak through 4 inches of bullet proof glass. The other one replaced all their people with a machine. But Umpqua bank is still offering personal service with a smile. They go out of their way to help you with whatever they can. Special shoutout to Rebecca for being a rockstar on the phone today.

    This used to be a good branch, but it has severely gone down hill. I’ve had a merchant account here for 6 years and now dread my weekly visit. Do yourself a favor and go to OnPoint instead.

    Had a really pleasant experience on the phone today with one of the employees. I had ordered a new debit card a month ago it turned out it never got shipped, so the person helping me went out of their way to make sure my new card was going to get expedited to me asap. He was a huge help and it was a huge relief talking to someone that truly cares about the customer. This location has great people!
