I had just started working with them so this has been a royal pain as i had to pull my money back out from them and transfer back to TD Ameritrade. BTW the RBC website is very difficult to use as well.

I called the office and received a call back from Richard Sorenson who claimed to be "The person in charge of RBC in Oregon." He told me they were aware the previous owner was deceased and that the mail would "probably stop soon." When I pressed him to do better, he became extremely rude, refused to give me his name, just saying he was "The person in charge of RBC in Oregon and that I could look up his name on the Internet" and then hung up on me. I had to call back an speak to someone else to find out who I'd spoken with. I had to call back to figure out the name of the person who had called. Do NOT use RBC Wealth Management in Portland for your financial services. They are rude, unhelpful, and harassing to people who may have to deal with them in the future as a result. Do everyone a favor and don't support this kind of service.
