Disappointed in the merge. I had twin star for 12 yrs with NO issues. Now with the merger to PEAK my tanfers are confusing, and I just had 1k transfer twice instead
of once. I submitted only ONE transfer. Thank goodness it was being transferred to my external savings and not to someone else. And I can see my daughters accounts which I shouldn't beable to have access to through my account. she's 22 and we have separate accounts. Seems like a breach in privacy and security to me. Makes me wonder who can see and have access to my accounts. I'll be closing as soon as I get my direct deposit re-routed to another cu.
To peak. Don't bother responding with, let's make this right . It should have never been an issue to begin with.

I agree with all these I'd be a negative negative since merging you cannot check your accounts as you travel on the ATM your credit is totally unable to be accessed to the point if you put cash in they can't tell you your balance at the credit union even in person this is stupid and ridiculous and I called the main CEO and never got a response ...as Northwest it was a fantastic Credit Union now all i hear is they are working on it ...3 years come on !!! The morale even shows...thats last time i was in they told me that will never be again....that the credit mangement companies computers and theres will never be in sync..Im o.the fence but its becoming clear there rebranding is more important then there service and accounts .

Have multiple accounts with them and have instant ACH deposits from credit card transactions from business and deposits even when they are instant process days later. It's a huge pain transferring bank accounts for business but at this point it's affecting my business so I think I'm going to have to find another company. So I'm giving this warning now; When they were Twinstar, they were allot better and now it's too difficult to keep doing business after the merger.

Terrible company! The app is always down or "being updated",even though nothing ever changes on it. And how is only way people can check their bank account inoperable for 3 days while the office is closed! Very bad for business.

Used to be a pretty decent company. As of the merger I'm on my way out as a member. I've had several issues with direct deposits not going through when they have for other banks, poor service over all, and many of the same complaints others have made.
One of my biggest frustrations is that financial transactions don't seem to get processed on the weekends, and because of this I had an overdraft.
I received notice from a bill that it was coming up, looked in my account, saw I had plenty of money to cover it, and went on my way.
Then Monday hits and there's 10 transactions that happened over the weekend that didn't show as processed until Monday.
What's the point of having electronic banking if it's not going to give me an accurate accounting of my funds?
