- MRMonica RodriguesMay 20, 20252.0Well this has happened twice now that a employee says "it's almost closing time" yet the doors are open and the person does not know how to assist you. 🤔😡🤔 So I thought that I didn't want to be inconvenient yet I also needed my issue to be resolved and accepted to go home and reschedule my visit.... I felt an incredible frustration that I wasted my time. 😩😫😰😩 So I told the cashier that it was not ok to reschedule. 😠😡 The manager overheard as i was walking out and offered to assist which was nice. 👍😊🙏

Went in for a replacement debit card and the literal child : a 19 year old, kept pressuring me into getting a credit card when I already told her I plan on switching banks and am moving fairly soon. Poor customer service on her part. I came in for a debit card, not a credit card. Stop talking and get off the phone. Personal calls should not be taken while at work.
