You gave me hope and a chance to be able to stay as a customer with you guys when you didn’t have to . But explaining my side of the story about what had happened to me at the 205 Mall branch at On Point was not acceptable do to there lack of staff and training and down playing me as a potential customer was not okay nor professional behavior . But you saved the day and made me believe there’s room to be here as a On Point member, And I wanna thank you for this opportunity. Thank you kindly! You’re the best ever Anthony .

She set us up with Eric, who got my son’s accounts opened. Eric was awesome! He spent time explaining features of the account and app to my son in a way that my son could understand. Although my son’s initial experience was not what I expected at all, Michelle and Eric took care of us. I appreciate how much OnPoint cares about their customers. I appreciate them taking accountability and fixing the issue. Thank you so much!!
