    I spoke with a man on the phone just now about a unique situation, he gave 0 empathy for said situation, had poor communication, couldnt answer a simple/common question of how long it could take to transfer accounts from one bank to theirs. He kept redirecting my questions. Overall not best customer service, I have much more of a community feel at Bank of America!

    When I was taking my friend Rita to your c credit Union to help her get her account started and set up. We got there 2 minutes before they were closing and they welcomed Us in no problem. Rita is in her 80s and I'm in my 70s and we are not that computer literate about online banking. We were so lucky that Kevin helped us get her set up completely going the extra mile to make sure that she could handle it at home. I think Kevin deserves a gold star for being so patient with us old ladies.
