We got there 2 minutes before they were closing and they welcomed Us in no problem. Rita is in her 80s and I'm in my 70s and we are not that computer literate about online banking. We were so lucky that Kevin helped us get her set up completely going the extra mile to make sure that she could handle it at home. I think Kevin deserves a gold star for being so patient with us old ladies.
