While it’s nice to support a local credit union, I have to say their operations seem less than streamlined. We have our mortgage and all accounts through them merely for convenience.
Their app is slow - there is a status bar when you log on, reminiscent of older systems. Their ACH processing is as slow as molasses!
Unfortunately the mortgage servicing regularly underestimates our property taxes for escrow so we’re always having it added to our mortgage for years. I’ve had not so great experiences with temperamental customer service staff, although when their management gets involved things go better. They try to make things better, which I appreciate. However if you bank with an efficient and streamlined place I think you might be aggravated with OnPoint.

On point member services phone number takes forever to get ahold of someone. Their mobile deposit sucks too. They take forever to process mobile deposits over the weekend. Don't use their mobile deposit on their terrible app unless u wanna wait for days for them to process a check. Imo on point isn't that great of a financial institution. Onpoint is kind of slow operation. They only got people working 9 to 5. Unlike chase which process deposits 24/7 and u can get a hold of someone 24/7. Small banking with onpoint SUCKS
