    Went in to open an account, and while I had done my research ahead of time, the person helping me gave me all the information that a new account holder would need. Personable, informative, asked/answered clarifying questions, and met me where I was at. Made sure I had my online account up and running after having issues opening an account online previously. I think I saw on the door that I was helped by a branch manager, so maybe other negative reviews are from different experiences. Or by reviewers that lack patience/discredit front desk workers. I'm a little bit of an eavesdropper (no I didn't hear any sensitive information), and from what I was hearing/seeing at the front it's a solid team that does what they can to assist everyone that comes in. I guess I'll update this review if things go sour, but for now - 5 stars.
