For starters you go in and there is not one single teller to help you, you will need to wait for an agent to finish so you can be helped. Once they get to you, they will not make one single effort to help you, they just read you the script and then only offer "NO" as an answer unless you open an account with them. The manager is less helpful as he just comes in and keeps "NO" as his default answer and then goes on a rant portrqying himself as a victim of his possition saying he cannot override this or that. Sir, you are the manager of the bank you can override for it to rain inside the bank if you so decide to by just pressing some buttons. Maybe me being a latino man was not good enough to be served by your business. There are 2 types of people with power in this world: those who want to do good and help others and those who are just up in their high horse and think of themselves as better than anyone else because of their title. Fortunately for us the regular folk, light poles are bigger than you and they are peed on by dogs, in due time.
