    Stay away from this bank. It does not put its customers first. It's focus will be on their bottom line. They will hold on to your funds for around 7 days and when asked why... "because we can" was the answer I got. If you value your life, money and mental health. Stay away. Update 1/18/21 Funny, how after repeated emails and calls. You still haven't responded. Somehow contacting you can o ly be done if I leave a scathing review on how horrible this bank truly is. I urge everyone who reads raises to STAY AWAy from ALL KeyBank locations. They do NOT respect you or your hard work/money. It is truly a corporate entity.

    I have been a customer for three years now. The Manager at your Tigard branch has some of the poorest customer service skills I have ever experienced. She is incredibly unprofessional as well as the Retail Manger associated with this bank. During a recorded phone call he became extremely aggressive and called me a liar in regard to my situation with the manager. She discriminated against my disabled ex husband and suggested I take my business to another bank. As soon as my automatic bill pay clears a few things I will be doing so. It seems to me that Key bank no longer cares about its smaller customers. If she is going to suggest that I leave your company and the retail manager is going to say I lied about what happened I dont think I should do business there. I just wanted everyone to know how Key Bank treats its customers with disabilities.
