The teller seemed confused and told me to sit and wait for the only banker available, who was not the person I had scheduled with. Twenty minutes later, no one had acknowledged me or given any update, so I walked out. Their online appointment system clearly doesn’t work and the service was unprofessional. Response to their reply: Apparently everything here takes “48 business hours,” even being acknowledged for a scheduled appointment.

Banker Nith Vinavong took down all my information including name, social, license number, etc and said she’d handle the issue with my account. I tried to follow up a few times and left a voicemail just asking for some kind of acknowledgement my issue was being looked into as I was locked out for a couple days. She did not return any calls, and there was absolutely no follow up on her end which was the most frustrating part. I hope my sensitive information was not as disregarded as I was as a customer. I was able to go in and get helped by Brian, who was amazing. He was able to resolve my issue within 30 minutes compared to Nith, who did not and has not responded all week. Very disappointing first impression, but Brian was able to resolve all issues quickly. Thanks Brian!
