  I thought having a customer service rep last night was horrible to me & really hard to say I actually cried, when you are treated so bad that of course you try to act like it doesn't effect you but I had to just let myself cry so I can do better right, well after that last night I went to my bank Account & was really shocked I couldn't even get into my Bank account I had a hard time last night as I mentioned with Customer service rep for my credit card, that's connected to my bank right Well I have seriously Not Even Able To Get Into My OWN. BANK account I had a hard time with the worker because n she treated me so bad & I didn't deserve that NO matter What It Was All Over A Late Fee You Guys Seriously it was over nothing right Well I had no idea my worst nightmare I never knew would even Be A even a Problem Much less WHAT Has transpired, The CS Rep Has LOCKED ME OUT of my OWN BANK account, I'm still in shock but it's still A Big Problem I Haven't Been Able To Handle My LIFE PAY MY Business, The Customer Service Rep for my credit card Has Locked me out of my Flipping Bank Account you guys I know this can't be Legal first off I mean my own Bank wouldnt Even ever lock me out Infact in 3+yrs I have never had not 1 Problems with now new bank account & I understand things needing to be changed over But the fact my credit card is not my Bank Account they are 2 separate inteties but in same account RIGHT?? How When I'm Dealing With Nothing To Do With MY BANK NOTHING & Yet I'm. Shut OUT OF MY OWN BANK Account and I'll tell you what there is nothing that would Warrent me getting Shut out of my Bank God Help Me I'm 47 yrs old I'm a really good person I don't have anything IV done no laws IV broken except like parking last year on the street out side my apartments just had bought car so tags were bad still & I seriously got a $125 wow that was really bad I felt that ticket I finally got registration changed to me & everythings golden now But no matter what there is Nothing I could of done To Warrent being shut out of my Bank Account I just no matter how many times I say it Just still Isn't Legal or Right So My Heart needs to tell you Good peps Do Not Ever get a credit card through your Bank Account & then Bank Sales to new owners & Card still in old companys name But Still Has Control of your life ,your money every single penny you guys this is so wrong so illegal I would never do anything to some one g they have no right to touch my bank account when we were ONLY dealing with Credit card this is Nighttmare Sending All My Love Y'all thanks for baring with me 100+ times saying MY BANK Account 😂 help me

  The managers are anything but helpful here. The ATM is out of order more than in.

  They play little games with people's monies they have these people that sit in the back that refuse to see customers would make decisions about their accounts. They stole my money and I want it back.
