Never been late never had any problems We we're not told at all not 1 word of now Columbia bank now, then they never asked is this okay has there been any hard parts of buy out, Just seriously not even 1 word just asking if everything was okay, I changed my due date In Sept when found out they decided it was 3 rd I am disabled so I changed it to 6th 9/6/25 cuz I don't always have payment tell 2or3 so skip ahead to buy out & Government Shut down I haven't been Ok guys I'm mentally & physically broken I endup in hospital was released 3 rd afternoon I find out I had another late fee for 3 rd when it's now 6th I called crying so hard cuz I can't even buy food so they were angels and credit card , so thankful well it's 6&7 th still not showing so I called they just said it was taking longer to show into acc it's now 8 th I call again The customer service rep was so mean to me talking down to me telling me I already had credit to account and that's all I get I said no mam they credited my account n they said 2! different times she always so mean to me telling me it takes 90+ days to change due date I was never told anything like that you guys especially with Government shutdown, I can't even eat much now I would never pay late /I changed due date in Sept never knew it still hasn't went through From Sept 4 th changed due date to 6 th right So Your Telling All Of Us You Can Switch OWNERS & Name Of Bank Overnight Maybe 7 days To Completely Change Over But your Telling Me My Payment Due date Still Hasn't Changed OVER 3 Months Later You Guys incant take this and be treated so bad by customer service rep because Now I'm being Charged everything they can on Me This Not To Mention I was told By 2 Different customer service that it would be created And never told 3+ months for payment due date this is so heart renching to they would take every penny for a chance that should of been done the only reason it hadn't was so they could make EVEN More MONEY from Me I can't buy food now why would I go ahead and let a $40+ fee come on my account in a Time & Moment incant Buy Food No I'm Never late I always pay on time for all my bills & To be treated so bad to like I'm Dumb even just no care no respect,No help No Hope just really breaks me into pieces don't ever get this credit Card through Your Bank That Isn't Your Bank Without Your Knowledge
