- MGMike GrimesSep 2, 20251.0Went today around noon . I get it it’s the day after Labor Day BUT was told NO indoor access and a 2 hour wait !!! Totally unacceptable. If this is the new Columbia bank, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Then get told no after she doesn't want to do her job. Find a better bank if you can and run from this one. She needs to either quit her job or be fired for incompetence. Simple end of story. From all the complaints I have heard about her I dont know how shes still there.

Absolutely horrid service.

There is trash everywhere that spills into the neighborhood, they allow the houseless to congregate near the front so it feels unsafe, the attitudes are not customer service forward at all.

Then, when closing the account, they wasted over an hour of time for nothing (out of spite for closing the account?). Would not recommend Umpqua to anyone, ever.
