- VAVicky AndersonDec 12, 20255.0Everyone was very friendly and seem to respect all customers who came into the bank while I was wanting my turn in line. The assistant manager went above and beyond to help and elderly man and to make sure he was OK with his transaction because it was a larger then normal amount he was withdrawing. She wanted to make sure he wasn't being scammed. They really do there due diligence to make sure everything is going well and the customers are getting great customer service. They verified all transactions that were made. To ensure the safety of the customers accounts as well as the bank itself.

Then get told no after she doesn't want to do her job. Find a better bank if you can and run from this one. She needs to either quit her job or be fired for incompetence. Simple end of story. From all the complaints I have heard about her I dont know how shes still there.
- MSMichael SchnitzerAug 22, 20251.0Employees are incredibly rude out of nowhere, inputting the wrong identification twice for a cash advance, then claiming that they can't run my card anymore and that apparently I wasn't supposed to be able to do cash advances here anyway despite having done them at THIS LOCATION multiple times now. Absolutely horrid service.
