They said tomorrow won't work and started talking about setting an appointment for next week. Then we just sat in silence before I realized there's another umpqua ten blocks away that can actually help me in doing one of the most basic things banks can (or rather should in this case) be able to do.

- DDDaliaJan 28, 20211.0Be aware. Not a good bank if anything goes wrong, Especially the customer service women in the branch downtown, Pioneer square. I was hit by a car. I tried to get my money from the bank. They were not helpful at all. I had to leave to go physically downtown. I closed my account. Three women sitting doing minimal, not one client in the bank.And their attitude righteous.
