The branch personnel were understanding, consummately professional and kept me informed. They made sure my business & personal accounts were safe and that I regained access and control quickly. I am left with great confidence that I am in good, caring hands. They went well beyond what was necessary to insure I was taken care of and help me avoid future issues. It's rare to get personal attention in todays world, it's important to recognize excellence when you find it.

Different answers to the same question between branches. Sluggish, unresponsive processes. And the worst of it is - they don't seem particularly concerned with this performance.

I switched to Banner Bank for both business and personal account several years ago. Their service is top-notch and personalized. I especially recommend them as a choice for small business banking, as there are no fees for a business checking account. I switched from a competitor when that "small bank" started charging fees to business accounts. I'm so glad that I did!
