The branch features 24-hour ATM access and is open Saturdays from 10am-2pm. The Woodstock branch also offers video teller machines, bringing you a live local teller onscreen.     I established an account here in 2019 as I was moving back home after living in the UK for over a decade. I have experienced excellent customer service in this location. Coming back home after being gone so long, my credit score was literally 0. They helped me reestablish my credit, and it is currently over 750 and rising. It is my intention to never bank anywhere else.

    My husband and I have been members over 20 years. The people in any of the branches are so kind, caring and helpful. We would and have recommended Advantis to many people. They could teach a few things to banks. So you know this is real, a few years ago we had a bad experience with one lady at the main office on Main Street in Milwaukie. We addressed her actions and solved the problem.

    I really love banking with Advantis. I’ve been happy with them for the couple years I’ve used them. The reason I’m giving this review is to hopefully convince them to give up on the video tellers! We like talking to people face to face. We need more of that in the world, not less of it. We get plenty of screen time already. It’s not a pleasant experience, it takes longer and is more frustrating than just dealing with someone in person, and it’s cold. If this is the way banking is going, maybe you guys could set the example for NOT doing it. We joined a small, credit union for a reason. Because we want a more personal experience. Give us that and we’ll be happy!

    No actual tellers at the bank! What?! Why have a bank with virtual tellers that can't even cash checks! Worst experience at a "BANK" ever! Not returning to this branch!
