We are conveniently located one block from the MAX line and offer free parking validation if you park in the lot off of NE 7th and Multnomah. We've remodeled our Lloyd Center branch from top to bottom and are excited to bring you a branch that features new technology, more privacy and an improved service experience. Our new video teller machines combine the best of innovative technology with the personal touch of a live (and local) teller. Most recently I tried to refinance with some cash out to repair damage on my vehicle. They were super helpful at first but eventually denied me because they didn't like the shop I chose - they apparently wanted to see me gouged by their preferred vendors. Their front facing representative was very friendly and helpful but ultimately just like big banks its the mask they put in front of the machine. They'd rather see me bent over by their specialty shop than actually help me stay safe - totally immoral. Avoid if you can.

Multiple times having phone reps unable to answer questions. Multiple day turn around on call backs. Ridiculous hoops to jump to wire money. Complete lack of help with time sensitive escrow deposits. Unreal request to close accounts even with all security and identity information( drove 6 hours round trip from Seattle in person after multiple tries to do so electronic). This credit union is a circus, just read the reviews and be warned.
