Even referred me to an auto broker and the broker and my banking contact were able to communicate/share info easily. I can't believe it was this easy. I got a great car and my payments were broken down/explained and even my sales tax (CA) was all factored in. I'm so grateful. Heidi at Adventis (zip code 97239) was my contact and cannot say enough good things. She made everything just seem very easy to understand. 5 stars!
- SDSara DeFrancescoNov 19, 20221.0UPDATE: I should have learned my lesson the first time, I have been locked out of my accounts on the weekend 3-4 times. I have reported this to Advantis so I know they are aware of this problem. But they haven't fixed the glitch in their system and they haven't hired an on call specialist to fix it when this happens on the weekend. So if you discover that you're locked out of your account on a Saturday after the branch has closed - you're out of luck until Monday or Tuesday as it takes 1-2 business days to process your ticket. It's memorial day weekend and I'm locked out again. And that means I may not be able to get back into my account until next Tuesday or Wednesday. I no longer feel safe banking with Advantis and will be moving to a different bank. ORIGINAL POST: Every aspect of working with this bank is painful. Their customer service is terrible, their app often breaks or locks you out for no reason (and there's no way to get it unlocked on the weekend), and they don't offer any services that you can't get a better deal on elsewhere.

I received a letter that advantis was going to close my account so I called to speak with a representative and I got a rude woman named Stephanie. I heard the huffing and deep breathing as I was answering questions pertaining to my account. Then I am ask to fax in my girlfriends bank statement to show that the bills were paid in full in order to get fees reversed. Look you can reverse them or you can't. My girlfriend refuses to do such nonsense. I spoke with her twice and she was rude. I mean damn I didnt know I was a criminal, that is how she made me feel.I spoke with a manager this morning who was dry and not really empathetic. Whether, its big bank or small bank they are all rude. Who cares if loss prevention is just a subsidiary they still represent Advantis. I still bank here but I would not recommend anybody to bank with Advantis.
