- RDRobert DaltonNov 20, 20242.0I had a car loan with this bank. I have had to go in multiple times to close my loan. I spoke to Alex at the Lombard location who was unable to do anything. He said he had closed my account. Just joking called me back an hour later to come back to the branch to finish my transaction & it’s still not done. Guess what? I have to do it online myself. He still couldn’t help me. It’s a week later & I still don’t have my money. I would never do business with them & you shouldn’t either.

From home loans to CD’s to account login assistance, they have been consistent in providing exceptional customer services. The new North Lombard branch is a great asset to the North Portland community. Clean, modern and the same exceptional service that I’ve enjoyed at other locations. Today, Andrew was patient, kind and competent in helping me to understand my recent statement involving a CD renewal. I didn’t read it carefully and was confused and unhappy. Andrew thoughtfully listened to my concerns and patiently guided me through the statement to confirm that the CD had been renewed correctly. Wow! His communication and people skills were outstanding!! Afterwards, Andrew also took the time to assist me with my online login. Great job Andrew!

Aside from very good financial services, like good interest rates, Advantis Credit Union is a good citizen with financial support to neighborhood organizations. Twice they have given funds to the St Johns Food Share where I am a volunteer. The staff is great, always willing to help. I love their system for depositing. There is a video teller in the bank for deposits and withdrawls, a person who can help you and answer questions. There is staff in the bank to help you open accounts and get loans. The Branch Manager, Kimathi Njogu sets the tone for a well run organization.
