- LLLinda LopezNov 12, 20252.0Never had a problem untill I went to Texas and advised them I was there, couldn’t recall my password so my account was locked but didn’t know at the time. Had to go through a lot to get it re-opened, that was September of this year. Now I am in Yuma,Az for the Winter and I was again locked out (November )and still don’t know why. At least the people helping me get back into my account were helpful. Nerve racking: Never had this problem with Umpqua bank.
