- JRJ RJun 30, 20251.0Monday morning and only 2 tellers. Waited 30 mins in line while a bunch of dudes just walking around doing nothing. Too casual and lazy. Can Wells Fargo not afford at least one more employee to help out? Terrible TERRIBLE customer experience. If you have business needs, it might go better with a different bank.

I called today on a cashier's check I received from Wells Fargo and the rep who answered the phone should not be in customer service. He did not even attempt to help me at all, this is why I originally left.

She had to go to the restroom and they don’t have one available to customers so my daughter and I had to walk across the parking lot to Burger King. There is only 4 chairs for people waiting for the “banker” here at the Oregon city Wells Fargo so that means people were standing and waiting. There is a reason banks like Wells Fargo and BOA are failing and it May have to do with customer service.
