- CACharlene AndersonNov 26, 20191.0I've been a client of KeyBank for over 35 years, and have received very poor customer service the past few years. The tellers know nothing except how to take your money in a deposit. I had cash in my hand and wanted to open a new savings account, but no, I had to make an appointment (seems the manager is the only one able to open an account, and the manager always seems to be busy). So I went to U.S. Bank next door and immediately someone was there to help me and I opened an account within a few minutes. Very friendly, and knowledgeable, people work at U.S. Bank. I think I will be moving all my accounts to U.S. Bank very soon.
