I've been with KeyBank for over a decade and lately branch experiences have tanked in this area, but this was so bizarre I had to review it. I won't visit this one again. I can go into my other bank and it's a total 180. Step it up KeyBank.

I will admit that if I didn't have veterans status to negate all fees that comes from being a US Bank member that I wouldn't bank with them, but they always take care of me. This branch also has a play area that my son loves to play in. I WOULDN'T USE THIS BANK IF YOU DON'T HAVE A LOOP HOLE TO AVOID THEIR FEES.
