The Ontario, Oregon branch seems to always be extremely busy, and because of that the wait times can be a bit long. But other than that, I've had no major issues with Rogue Credit Union. Would have rated at 5 Stars except for the long wait times.

The bank we went to and businesses I've notified about our changes are hearing the same stories from many other customers apparently.

I had a unique situation and explained it to her (I’ve been stressed over this all week) and she calmly helped me get everything sorted out. All my worries deflated in under 15 minutes. I was expecting to be there getting this mess fixed for a lot longer than I was there. This establishment is lucky to have her! Will definitely recommend this bank to local friends and family.
