- KWKenneth WilliamsAug 24, 20221.0I was having a procedure done and used to work for this branch, for which I have employee accounts from when it was Sterling Bank. After throurougly explaining my condition to the store assocaiate, manager and call center manager this bank took no sentiment in my scenario as I did not have access to my financials and would not reverse an O/D fee and being a loyal client to them since 2012. Citi Bank actually corrected the fee even though they weren't the institution responsible, if that tells you anything. I highly recommend avoiding this bank, very disappointed in the service at the branch and headquarters. WILL be moving my accounts. If you have any issues, take the matter above branch staff and ask for Susan the District Manager if they want to retain any sort of client base.
