This is my local branch which up until last year was always efficient, friendly, accommodating, accurate, and time well-spent. Recent "customer service" changes eliminated tellers, and frequently their drive-up teller. Do I really need to park my car, go inside, wait in line (although not for long) to see a "banker".....

They have no problem sending you to another customer support contact because they failed at answering common questions about your account. If you find yourself needing to go to a bank near this location drive past this branch quickly. Also if you're thinking about opening an account with KeyBank DO NOT make that terrible choice. There are too many helpful supportive banks that will value your service and money. Not this one. (That's why they are only overall a 3 ⭐ bank).
