What a coincidence.

When we arrived the customer who was there before us was being told the person she had an appointment with left for lunch and she'd have to wait until they got back. Then we were told we couldn't open an account at the time we were there because it would take 15 minutes and he couldn't take that time in case someone else comes in. I left feeling like I was not important or even worth his time. Not ok.

This is my local branch which up until last year was always efficient, friendly, accommodating, accurate, and time well-spent. Recent "customer service" changes eliminated tellers, and frequently their drive-up teller. Do I really need to park my car, go inside, wait in line (although not for long) to see a "banker".....
