Very disrespectful people when asking for assistance with there atm they explained to me very disrespectfully that “doesn’t work with phones” so there not living in the modern age??? There also ignorant NFC (Near Field Communication) works with Apple Pay, enabling contactless transactions using your iPhone or Apple Watch. When you hold your device near an NFC-enabled terminal, it securely communicates with the reader, allowing payments without inserting a card. Apple Pay uses Face ID, Touch ID, or a passcode for authentication, ensuring security. Many ATMs, stores, transit systems, and vending machines support NFC payments.

Best customer service in my life! Traveling? No problem just call. Account compromised? No problem just call - for some things you may have to go in but they'll make an appt. So no wait. Been with them for years since BoA they helped us manage all the changes and always gone above and beyond with customer service...even going with me to help straighten out a problem outside the bank! The issues with BoA were because of BoA not Cascades or FIB. They personally worked very hard to straighten out all the mess. They were difficult transitions for all. You can not blame the employees for what BoA did to us all. PS they are the same people who were there as BoA - they have not changed, if anything the customer service is now superior to when it was a BoA.

Absolutely WORST BANKING EXPERIENCES EVER!! WHAT a DEBACLE When you buy out a biz like Bank of America u damn sure better give the customers AT LEAST EQUAL services. Not take them from 2016 back to the Stone Age in terms of pretty much everything. IDK where to begins as there's soooo much, Ridiculously short customer service hours. No way to speak to anyone after 5(ish), online banking is so retarded I can't list everything their website looks and acts like it was designed in 1970 !! Their routing # isn't recognized by any notable insittition as a valid bank , such as PayPal, eBay etc. oh yeah and their ATM lets you into ur account without a PIN #. Now that's security for ya !!! All this and so much more has Caused all BOA customers lives to be thrown into chaos, W/O so much as a word of sorry from these cavemen. Horrible is a compliment !!!
