Not take them from 2016 back to the Stone Age in terms of pretty much everything. IDK where to begins as there's soooo much, Ridiculously short customer service hours. No way to speak to anyone after 5(ish), online banking is so retarded I can't list everything their website looks and acts like it was designed in 1970 !! Their routing # isn't recognized by any notable insittition as a valid bank , such as PayPal, eBay etc. oh yeah and their ATM lets you into ur account without a PIN #. Now that's security for ya !!! All this and so much more has Caused all BOA customers lives to be thrown into chaos, W/O so much as a word of sorry from these cavemen. Horrible is a compliment !!!
