They make sure to follow policy to limit the amount of fraud that happens, and are always friendly, even when they are swamped. Sure it may take a minute, but it is worth the wait to deal with the excellent and professional people that they have there!

- LLLauri LemusFeb 24, 20252.0Ever since Columbia bank switched to Umpqua I’ve had so many issues. Yesterday I tried to check my account through the app and it said it was sending my phone a push notification. I couldn’t find it anywhere and was unable to check my account or transfer money to my sons. Then I tried to call and it asked for a special number, I tried my pin and it wasn’t that. Again, I was stuck. Also, any payments I make take days to go through and don’t even show as lending until when they’re going to come out. Before my account would immediately show payments and show me when things were pending and when they’re coming out. I’ve decided to completely switch all my banking to my credit union. I’ve had enough of this. The employees have always been great. However that doesn’t help on weekends or evenings when I can’t access my accounts.
