- BTBryan ThompsonJan 1, 20261.0Opened an account and a few months later had my car skimmed, someone pulled a small amount from two atms on the same day, i caught it and called the number on the back of my card, they asked if i had the card in my possession i said yes because it never left my wallet, because the card was in my posession they denied my claim and shut off my debit card, for my protection they said, i was told to file another review with a police report so i did, now they are telling me they cant give me another debit card because the company that handles the claims is a third party and hasnt responded to their request for a resolution. Will be getting a lawyer and contacting visa. Please be aware of this if you bank with this union you will have no protection they told me up to 120 business days for a resolution. No matter the amount.
