- KVkenny vopnfordDec 23, 20251.0I deposited my cashiers paycheck and on dec 22nd and they put a hold on it until Jan 1st. I've been banking with them for yrs and they had.me drive between 2 banks giving me the run around and then over speakerphone one of the manager said to call "someone" if I am being difficult. They are still with holding my cashiers paycheck.

I recently went into this Key Bank branch a half hour before closing to get some assistance with a somewhat complicated matter (thought it would be quick, it was not. I know, very rude!). I had the best experience with the manager and the person who ultimately took care of my request. They never hurried me, were friendly but professional, gracious and extremely helpful. I wish I lived closer to this branch because they would be the branch I use all the time. Out of all my Key Bank branch experiences, this one stands out as the very best.
