You better be a millionaire to borrow any money from them. How many buildings do you really need to house your employees and management team. I've been a member for over 15 years and have gotten NOTHING from this bank, except fees. Time to move on!!!

While I understand he’s still in training being on hold for an hour, to have to wait for him to get a manager, (Tyler) who tells him to help me and gives him the phone back for him to hang up on me is incredibly unprofessional. I’m on hold AGAIN at twenty minutes now. In the future maybe consider allowing the person who knows what they’re doing do it and then use it as an opportunity to train. Thank you Kristina for your help!! You were so so sweet and very professional. Appreciate your time and willingness to help!!
