We could never speak with the same representative twice, and each person gave us different information. We had to negotiate the purchase price not only with the seller but also with the credit union. After months of conflicting details, we finally sent the payment—only for them to issue the title to someone else. Absolutely unbelievable experience. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else.
