  Today I went in to make a request from the credit union and while I understand it was maybe a complicated ask, the manager at the Medford location was not at all wanting to listen to anything I had to say.The request seemed simple enough. I even went to her office to thank them for helping me and she spoke to me as if I was attacking another branch. The staff was great, the teller and the banker but the manager needs to take some notes on communication. She spoke to me as if I was an idiot or maybe as if I was being belligerent. I’ve worked with northwest, and twin star for a long time now and if this is how “peak” is going to treat people I’m glad I now bank at rogue.

  Extremely upset with the customer service this bank has to offer. Especially with the management and it's capabilities to assist with issues involving lost titles and car loans... DO BETTER! Family members who have been consistent customers for 20 years are leaving due to this unfortunate issue.

  One star is way more than they deserve. I loved this bank until they merged. Now I get overdraft fees when my account is not over drawn all the time, they put a hold on my paychecks every week (this is one of the reasons I switched to them in the first place because they said they would not do that) it has just been a complete headache I'm so disgusted with this bank and very disappointed as well. I paid you farewell Northwest Credit Union I will be switching as soon as possible to any other bank I don't even care. Update 7-28-25 I got yet again another overdraft fee when I am not overdrawn. I will be going down there and demanding all my overdraft fees back and I will not leave until I get them and I am in the process of already switching to another bank which is first Community Credit Union if anybody in the local is interested in a credit union that doesn't suck then that's a good option. And just to be a little more clear they initially told me that they were going to post deposits before debits. This is what they told me when I open my account just like they told me there wasn't going to be any hold on my checks when I deposit them by mobile. Both these things ended up being a lie. I will update again once I have completed the process of switching to the new bank and get this account closing and get my money back and I will hope everybody else reads this and does not get stuck at that bank.

  Far from me..and one branch here..but so good w my finances that I won't change banks so yeah...great banking
