The teller that usually working knows who I am when I come in and is super kind every single time. If a security guard is available, he also opens the doors for you, which is super nice. Everyone I’ve encountered there who works there is kind. And I know this isn’t really geared to their branch specifically. But I also have to give a shout out to the customer service with KeyBank as well. I’ve been having major issues with the Postal Service, not delivering my mail properly. And they waive the $25 fee and sent me a card pretty much overnight mail by FedEx. And they did this all for free to get me my debit card to help me out. I feel like that’s the definition of customer service.

- MCM cMay 2, 20181.0I had been with Key for sixteen years and had in the past refereed Key bank to my many customers to obtain a equity loan or a personal loan for their construction projects. This all changed when I needed to update my personal equity loan at the Barnett branch in Medford Oregon. Not only did the person (Crystal Alvarez) drop the ball so many times in doing the loan, but the bank manager (Matthew Robinson) also helped in making this simple loan application a complete nightmare. Seems like this team is working for another bank in destroying the Key Bank environment. I have closed all accounts and will NOT be back.
