They don't even ask me how I wanted My bills back at and i tried to explain to the guy how rude that was. He hangs up the mic & viedo on me like a child.The customer service is horrible there.They weren't even busy if they were busy, I would completely understand but they were NOT busy. I am so disappointed in this place. I will never go back through that drive through ever again. No wonder why everybody's leaving going to Rogue Federal Credit Union, at least theur customer service is on point!
