- CYcarla yeoMay 29, 20251.0I didn't even want to give KeyBank the McMinnville, Oregon Branch one star but in order to post I had to click on one star. We were looking for a bank to have a good client/bank relationship. KeyBank messed up a couple of our business accounts. It was clearly an incompetent employee according to the Bank Manager of that branch who informed us that employee was no longer working there. There was no solution for this problem that KeyBank's employee caused. The manager was no help and didn't offer a fair solution. I got the impression she was blaming us for the issue. I also noticed lots of turnover in this McMinnville Branch. I am slowly closing our accounts and will find another bank. I understand no bank is perfect but KeyBank takes the cake. I would avoid them at all cost especially the branch in McMinnville, Oregon.

- AGAdam .GuerreroMay 2, 20192.0This bank is terrible. They are not open on Saturday or Sunday. They normally always close at 5pm. On top of those inconveniences, the customer service is unheard of. I currently bank through them, and was trying to apply for a credit card at 4:30pm after leaving work early to make it before they close. MIKE is the representative I was dealing with and he was extremely rude and inconsiderate. He would not go over the paperwork with me and kept telling me to come back earlier in the day. I informed him of key banks terrible google review score of 2.5, he replied with "so what, your still here" . . This was the last time I will be inconvenienced and mistreated by this ungrateful corporation.
- ELEric LambertJan 15, 20191.0I WOULD NEVER BANK WITH KEY BANK!!!!!Tellers would not cash a check to me from them, without 2 pieces of i.d. I felt racially profiled and offended. Apparently a drivers driver's license is not sufficient any more. Ok second trip in and a birth certificate won't work as a second i.d. I hope to inform all customers or future customers that when you write a check, the person you write it to might not be able to get it cashed
