- KRKen RNov 3, 20251.0Old school bank that can afford new buildings but doesn't pay much interest. Way behind the times and doesn't seem to have any interest in modernizing. They completely screwed up a foreign transaction on my account costing me time and money. No real apology just said they would try it again and to let my customer know that it was being corrected. They were my back up bank until they closed my account with zero notification. I didn't use them much but couldn't believe my account was closed when I tried to make a deposit.
