While all of the tellers are extremely friendly and welcoming, I should say that Crystals service really brought the entire place together with her outstanding ability to connect with others and provide excellent service in all aspect of her job. She was very professional and was able to get me and in and out with no trouble at all. Thank you all for your hard work at this wonderful bank!

- BIBabes It isJun 22, 20251.0Crystal is the worst teller in any bank I have ever been to. She was talking to me in a very rude and humiliating way. I had never felt so humiliated in my life. I went in to ask for certain amount of money and to get different bills but instead she just gave me what she wanted. I explained different ways but all she would repeat is she didn't understand. When another teller came he totally understood what I was asking for quickly (after me taking like 5 minutes explaining to crystal what I wanted) she refused to count the money to verify to me. She gave me the money and said here you count it yourself. Very rude. She even went as far as turning her back to me and very loud telling the other teller she wanted to help the next person. I just told her i had never had a problem with any other teller before. Her response was then go with another teller. Unfortunately she was the only teller open at the moment. There was no need to be rude when all we do as a customer is go in and ask for different bills as we need it for our business. I really like what the bank offers but not the teller's very bad attitude.
