She made an appointment and even had a print out of proof of appointment, shows up on time and the manager was extremely rude telling her that she doesn't have an appointment. There was nobody else there, and they could easily of been accommodating and tried to figure something out, but instead were dismissive. My father just died and all she needed were some forms to deal with that. Shes been with this bank for 45 years it's extremely disheartening to keep hearing these stories of her being treated so poorly. Please train your staff to not be so rude.

Money was illegally withdrawn from his account, and the bank has been everything but helpful. He has the documentation stating that the $7k funds be returned, but they are coming up with hoop after hoop for him to jump through. Very aggravating and unhelpful.
