  Terrible bank! Avoid this bank and use Bank of America, Chase, or any other reputable institution. The ATM stole $100 from me during a $560 deposit. The transaction failed, and the machine didn’t return $100 of my money. I called immediately and was promised a decision within 7 days, which later extended to over a month and a half. Eventually, they claimed there was no discrepancy! It’s unbelievable that a bank can’t properly handle cash deposits! I even called their questions phone line and they said it is up to the branch that had the ATM failure, then I talked to them and they said it wasn’t their fault! They never took responsibility or even cared about fixing it. Additionally, when depositing a Christmas check a year ago the black woman working there questioned the source of the check in an inappropriate and suspicious manner. The older white female employee was particularly unhelpful and gave attitude, while the male staff members were nicer. After over 10 years with this bank, I’m closing my account. The ATM error and poor customer service have left me feeling scammed and ignored. I will urge others that bank with them to close their accounts as well. Overall, extremely disappointing and frustrating customer experience. Stay away from this bank, they simply don’t care about you or me! I’m going to submit a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) because of this and Report them to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Banks cannot fraudulently steal funds from you without consequences in USA. I guess Columbia bank didn’t get the memo that they are not in Russia, Argentina or Greece. I’ll update this if they fix this, but they probably won’t because they are Columbia bank.

  Umpqua Bank has been with Skyris Imaging since the beginning. It's great to go into a branch where the staff gets to know the customers by name. Not only have they learned our names, they've gotten to know how our business operates. The customer service at this branch is only surpassed by the cookies they serve on Fridays. It truly is the world's greatest bank!
