- DBDan BecknerMar 13, 20155.0I have enjoyed a business relationship with this bank for about 15 years. Ryan whom I met first in Western Bank has given consistent excellent service; Recently I emailed Ryan and requested a special favor. Would he be able to put a specified amount of cash in 10 envelopes and have it ready in 4 hours. I received the affirmative email in minutes. At the appointed time. I walked into the bank, was greeted by name by the teller who said, "I have the envelopes with the money ready for you" I signed the withdrawal slip, received the envelopes, walked out of the bank in less than 3 minutes. NOW that is what I call SERVICE!
