- JHJaxson HeddenJul 21, 20241.0Regularly freeze my account so I can’t spend any of my money, customer service isn’t good, they froze my account on a Friday moments before the customer service line shuts down for 2 days and now I’m stuck not being able to buy any food or use any of my own money because they decided I don’t need it I guess, if you get locked out there’s no way to get into your account until they are open, they do this to me regularly by the way and i don’t know why, overall not a good experience
