    It will not let me give 0 stars. The worst bank I ever walked into. Probably the only place in Klamath Falls worth avoiding in order to enjoy your time in this lovely town. I walked In, just to get change. Was ignored for a couple of minutes, no real issue there, a man walked past, said he'd help me after finishing with the drive up teller. Quite a bit later he stepped up and asked how can he be of assistance. I put a $10 bill on the counter asking for change. He ask if I have an account with their bank. No . He pulls out some paperwork and starts asking questions. I'm confused at that point but I answer the first couple then he asks for my social security number. I ask why does he need that to break a ten. He tells me it's a federal regulation that they cannot do banking business with anyone that does not have an account. Really would anyone believe that!!! If there is a dark omen that comes over your sweet beautiful city it obviously started in this bank. Your community should avoid it completely. This delightful city deserve far better. Oh the People's Bank of Commerce Was quick, friendly helpful and the first thing she said was how would I like it changed. There is a ray of sunshine in Klamath Falls, it was only a few block from here. They earned 5 Stars of their own and deserved these 5 Stars as well. My 1st ever negative review. Just saying!

    Service was impeccable. Quick change from my old bank to yours. Happy so far. Jaclyn C. Was nice and made me feel welcomed. Today was incredible. I had MONEY. I was out of schchool a could not find a job for the last year. I It is a freeing feeling, that I thank WaFd and The Federal Government | Educational system: for the assistance to help me be the New Man I am. KCC has brought about a renewed confidence that I am now able to look people in the eye and feel your equal. thanks again for accepting my membership. Great feeling to have, I am in agreement for yours.

    I called about an inquiry on my account and the woman that answered the phone was rude and seemed not to care about a charge on my account i was questioning. She was not sympathetic nor acted like she cared what i had to say. When i asked to speak with the manager she put me on hold for 20 minutes. I have banked here for almost 10 years and i have never received so much disrespect.

    I have banked here since we moved here from Wisconsin on 2016. Haven't had any major problems. A few things I don't like, but they aren't a real issue.
