This place gets busy sometimes but the tellers are quick and very knowledgeable and don't struggle to do basic withdrawals... Their ATM's actually work reliably and rogue's rewards structures are second to none. Would highly recommend! The lady I've been working with in lending has been super helpful navigating a fairly complex mortgage deal as well, wouldn't be getting through it without rogue.

I still have one loan with them and have to put up with there incompetent customer service. My online account could not retrieve my information. I called customer service just like it said to do. The lady couldn't do anything about it. She said its managed by a third party and they couldn't help me. So instead of getting in a fight over the phone. I hung up and wrote a review. If this keeps up, I'm going to find a new bank.
