I’ve banked with Umpqua most of my adult life and had never had a bad experience prior to a phone call with the branch staff at this location on 08/04/2025. I was mocked, made to feel belittled and told contradictory information. When pointing this out to the staff member with their own words and asking to speak with a manager, I was hung up on. The South Sixth St. location is wonderful and full of amazing staff, unlike this location.
