I maintain a decent balance; have never had an unpaid loan... started a company in 1959 which STILL uses Key Bank as their bank. Yet, when I asked them to cash a printed check with my return on it, yesterday, for only $50. and clearly had more than that amount in my account, and gave ID (driver's license, credit card) the driver's license had expired a couple of months ago, and they refused to cash my check! TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER RELATIONS!!! I live within a few blocks, and appeared inside the bank, on my electric scooter, not driving an automobile. Pandemic has made it impossible to drive to DMV to renew the license. Passport? No longer able to travel. Bad, bad, bad!
