  I have been coming to wells fargo to drop off business deposits, this was my first time stopping by the Keizer Wells Fargo and let me just tell you that the service was amazing. The teller that helped me i believe her name is Dulce. She was so kind, efficient, and knows what she is doing. First wells fargo i come and go in less than 2 min. I will for sure come back and open something here!

  Just so everyone knows Wells Fargo. As a policy took all their change machines out of their head bank locations.So in order to deposit change into your account, you will need to have it rolled in paper rolls for them. Even though a bank's only job is to handle money, apparently. They only want you if you have a lot of money but they didn't look in my account before they turned me away. So I guess the mistake is on them and now I will be switching to a credit union that has a change machine. It blows my mind that a huge billion dollar banking corporation cannot afford that to have change machines in their locations. Yet little local credit unions can what in the hell is wrong with our system? I'm driving and using voice to text. So I don't have time to edit this. Because I had a busy day. And I just wanted to deposit about a $150 in change. And make my credit card payment, but I wasn't allowed to do that. So I have a complaint going app to corporate, and I will be taking this as far as it goes and then I will be moving all my money out and things. We're telling wells fargo to ride their stagecoach, where the sun doesn't shine.

  I was told by my employer that it would benefit me to open account with Wells Fargo. I was very hesitant due to the fact, I was a victim of the Wells Fargo's fraud account openings and it took me 8 years to get my name off of Chexsystems. I attempted online and was advised to go to a branch. I'm very easy going, but if you waste my time it's on and that's exactly what they did. Pedro "helped" me and I was there for 40 minutes to be told I could open a teen account. If Pedro or Wells Fargo had any common sense why not run people's background at the beginning of the visit to prevent wasting time. I find this utterly disrespectful of people and/or potential customers. Also, he tried to rope me in with a bonus offer that doesn't include the teenager account which I had to point out to him. I just told him to give me my ID back and I left due to the fact I'm a 41 year old who brings in $3,000 to $4,000 a month from wages and a teen account would not help me. Pedro is a handsome professional looking guy, but for sure needs some training. Go to US BANK, they were STRAIGHTFORWARD and actually KNEW what they were talking about.
