I have been coming to wells fargo to drop off business deposits, this was my first time stopping by the Keizer Wells Fargo and let me just tell you that the service was amazing. The teller that helped me i believe her name is Dulce. She was so kind, efficient, and knows what she is doing. First wells fargo i come and go in less than 2 min. I will for sure come back and open something here!

Just so everyone knows Wells Fargo. As a policy took all their change machines out of their head bank locations. So in order to deposit change into your account, you will need to have it rolled in paper rolls for them. Even though a bank's only job is to handle money, apparently. They only want you if you have a lot of money but they didn't look in my account before they turned me away. So I guess the mistake is on them and now I will be switching to a credit union that has a change machine. It blows my mind that a huge billion dollar banking corporation cannot afford that to have change machines in their locations. Yet little local credit unions can what in the hell is wrong with our system? I'm driving and using voice to text. So I don't have time to edit this. Because I had a busy day. And I just wanted to deposit about a $150 in change. And make my credit card payment, but I wasn't allowed to do that. So I have a complaint going app to corporate, and I will be taking this as far as it goes and then I will be moving all my money out and things. We're telling wells fargo to ride their stagecoach, where the sun doesn't shine.

I deal with most of the "major" banks in town and Wells Fargo on River Rd. in Keiser OR is one of my favorites. They are very serious about customer service to the likes of which I haven't experienced at other banking institutions although they try cannot come close. To my benefit the Business Relations Team including Sean and last but not least Maria Saucida who's communication of the banking process was highly appreciated I left saying "This has got to be the best bank in town, I'm lucky to have this team working for me!" so thanks a lot keep up the hard work. I very much appreciate all your hard work!

very unprofessional. Banking information is made too public. banking should be a private exchange. When you're greeted at the drive up window or inside they ask you what you're here to do, so you have to either rudely ignore them or announce it for everyone else to hear. Then after you make a deposit they announce to you how much of your deposit is available currently and how much will be available at a later date, even though it is clearly stated on your receipt, and again making your personal, private information publicly announced. They also ask if you'd like them to write down your new balance, which is overbearing and too much snooping into personal information, in my opinion, even as my bank teller. If we want to know how much is available now vs. later or what our current account balances are we will ask, you dont need to offer. We just would like a "hello" wait for us to hand you our deposits or whatever it is we came to do, have it completed, and then a "have a nice day." I get they're trying to be friendly but it's too unprofessional and not keeping information private. Also I've had where they try to hold a conversation with you while counting your money, do you know how hard it is to accurately count while holding a conversation? nearly impossible. With banking, less talking is more.
