Trying to assist non-English speaking members and cannot due to security policy. Cannot help on a phone call get through the robot interface. Why install theses telecommunications robots for customer service tasks? Non-English speakers cannot get through the robot prompts. The solution suggested is to come into the bank. The problem was in setting up the mobile app. Why offer mobile solutions yet require or suggest coming in to the bank. What about those people w/o vehicles, or handicap, or immune compromised? This is the opposite of customer service.
