After going through almost a background check to prove that it was me, they were going to charge me $5 to cash a check! No thank you. I had an account with them years ago, and they charged for a lot of things. I thought they got better, but they got worse. I'll ask my church to change banks as soon as they can.

The lack of personnel is unbelievable, and the two that they have do not carry a single dose of customer service. Over the past year I have waited more that 30 minutes to do a simple deposit through the Drive Thru. Same amount of time if I go inside. Not to mention that if I call customer service you are no longer speaking with some one in the US but rather in a foreign country (India or the Philippines) where again, no customer service deliverance , professionalism, easy to do business or understandable of products or services. It’s a bank that apparently does not support in providing work for Americans but rather cheap enough to send our business to a foreign country to be handle over the phone where they don’t understand the language, don’t have customer service experience. A bank cheap and low enough to hire good trained personnel in their local branches.
